What if I didn’t receive a text message invitation?

If you did not receive a text message inviting you to download Secure Start℠ after registration, try to Reset Password from the Login Help? link from the Login screen and enter your mobile phone number, and tap Reset Password. 

What if I do not want to use my smartphone, can I log into Secure Start℠ from my computer?

No, we do not have a web portal to log into Secure Start℠ from your computer.

Can I use the Secure Start℠ app on my iPad or tablet?

Absolutely! Some helpful hints—​

  1. Follow the same Login Help instructions listed for your device type. 

  2. Make sure you are logged into the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your iPad or tablet and search for Secure Start℠.

  3. Download Secure Start℠ to your iPad or tablet.

  4. Sign in using your mobile phone number.

How can I reset my password?

From the mobile phone app, tap LOGIN, enter the mobile phone number associated with your Secure Start℠ account and tap Forgot your password? Follow the instructions sent to you.


Tap Login Help? and select Reset Password.  Enter the mobile phone number associated with your Secure Start℠ account and tap Reset Password.

I tried resetting my password and received a message telling me there is no associated Secure Start℠ account.

Your account may be under a different email address or mobile phone number. Try resetting your password again using another email address or mobile phone number that may be associated with your app account. If you're still having issues, please email

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account and all information associated with your account. From the home screen, tap “My Profile” on the bottom navigation bar, then tap the gear icon in the top right corner. Tap Delete Account and confirm by tapping DELETE.

Why should I allow the Secure Start℠ app to send me push notifications?

Push notifications sent to your mobile device or iPad/tablet from Secure Start℠ will remind you to complete tasks and direct you to educational materials. If you do not enable push notifications, you will not receive these messages to ensure you have the best app experience.
