Customer Success Manager

Higgs Boson Health (HBH), a dynamic and growing digital health company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as an ambassador for our company and an advocate for our customers. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders that will help us sustain and expand our business.  Specific activities will include: 


  • Establish clear customer performance indicators and retention goals

  • Plan and implement processes and best practices to continually improve engagement and compliance 

  • Work with the user experience and implementation team to proactively identify pain points

  • Review and address customer concerns to improve customer experience 

  • Analyze and present key performance data to promote the value of the product 

  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials regarding our products

  • Collect real time feedback through our support desk and user advisory boards


As a small startup company, we value self-starters, who are energetic, creative and independent. We are looking for driven innovators to join our tight-knit team, who want to leverage technology to improve health care in which  both patients and clinical teams benefit.   Our successful candidate will have:

  • Three (3) years experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role is highly preferred but will consider similar experience (e.g. advocacy, marketing, fundraising, education or sales)

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, hospitality, marketing or communications

  • Exceptional communication ability

  • Experience in promoting value through incentivization, persuasion, and customer experience

  • Relentless commitment to customer success

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Apps, Zoom and other communication tools

  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills, with strict attention to detail

  • A strong work ethic with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in a fast paced environment

  • As an NCBC portfolio company, we prefer NC based candidates. We cannot offer VISA sponsorship.
