Logging in on the web

View instructions for logging into INSIGHTEC Connect on your iPhone or your Android phone.

If you do not wish to download the mobile app, you can log in into INSIGHTEC Connect on the web to view educational content and other materials.

Instructions

If you would like to log in on the web and you received an email invitation, please follow these instructions:

Click the SET PASSWORD button from your email.
Create a memorable password following the requirements and click SUBMIT.
Go to www.insightecconnect.com on your web browser.
Sign in using your email address and new password.

If you would like to log in on the web and you received a text message invitation, please follow these instructions:

Go to www.insightecconnect.com on your web browser.
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your mobile number and click the RESET PASSWORD button.
Tap the reset password link sent to your phone via text message.
Create a memorable password following the requirements and click SUBMIT.
Go back to www.insightecconnect.com on your web browser and sign in using your mobile phone number and your new password.

What if I didn’t receive a text message invitation?

If you did not receive a text message inviting you to download INSIGHTEC CONNECT, check your email for your invitation. Then, click the link sent to your email in step #1 and enter your email address in step #5.

What if I do not want to use my smartphone, can I log into INSIGHTEC Connect from my computer?

We have a web portal to log into INSIGHTEC Connect from your computer. Although you will not receive the alerts and notifications sent by the mobile app, you can still benefit by viewing educational material, completing surveys and other materials.

Can I log into INSIGHTEC Connect on my computer AND my mobile phone?

Yes! You can log into INSIGHTEC Connect from your computer AND your mobile phone for the best of both worlds. You can benefit from the larger screen and keyboard on your computer while receiving alerts and notifications from the INSIGHTEC Connect mobile app on your mobile phone.

What if I didn't receive an email or a text message?

If you cannot find an email invitation, try checking your SPAM folder. If you’re still unable to locate an invitation email or text message, try to Reset Password from the Help Center in the mobile application.

Can I use INSIGHTEC Connect on my tablet?

Absolutely! Some helpful hints—

Follow the instructions above for using a tablet or click here for iPhone device instructions.
Make sure you are logged into the App Store or Google Play on your tablet and search for INSIGHTEC Connect.
If you were invited via text message, you’ll need access to your phone so you can view your verification code during step #6.
If you were invited via email, you’ll need to be logged into your email on your tablet and enter this email address in step #5.

How can I reset my password?

From the mobile phone app, tap SIGN IN, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your INSIGHTEC Connect account and tap Forgot your password? Follow the instructions sent to you.

OR

Tap Need help logging in? and select Reset Password. Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your INSIGHTEC Connect account and tap Reset Password.

I tried resetting my password and received a message telling me there is no associated INSIGHTEC Connect account.

Your account may be under a different email address or mobile phone number. Try resetting your password again using the email address or mobile phone number your INSIGHTEC Connect Educator would have on file.
