Logging in on your iPhone

After signing up via the QR code provided by your physician, tap the App Store link from your text message.

What if I didn’t receive a text message invitation?

If you did not receive a text message inviting you to download PainBlock Pro, check your email for your invitation. Then, click the link sent to your email in step #1 and enter your email address in step #5.
 

What if I didn't receive an email or a text message?

If you cannot find an email invitation, try checking your SPAM folder. Some medical practices do not send your invitation until about a month before your scheduled procedure. You may receive your invitation via text or email at that time.
 

Can I use PainBlock Pro on my tablet?

Absolutely! Some helpful hints—

  1. Follow the instructions above for using an iPad or click here for Android device instructions.

  2. Make sure you are logged into the App Store or Google Play on your tablet and search for PAINBLOCK PRO.

  3. If you were invited via text message, you’ll need access to your phone so you can view your verification code during step #6.

  4. If you were invited via email, you’ll need to be logged into your email on your tablet and enter this email address in step #5.

 

How can I reset my password?

From the mobile phone app, tap SIGN IN, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your PainBlock Pro account and tap RESET PASSWORD. Follow the instructions sent to you.
 

I tried resetting my password and received a message telling me there is no associated PainBlock Pro account.

Your account may be under a different email address or mobile phone number. Try resetting your password again using the email address or mobile phone number your doctor’s office would have on file.
