Open the CareConvoy App:

• ​Launch the CareConvoy application on your mobile phone.​

Sign-In:

• ​Tap the Sign-In button on the welcome screen.

Enter Username:

• Enter your mobile phone number in the Username field.

Reset Password:

• ​Below the Continue button, tap the Reset Password link.

Verification Code:

• Check your mobile phone for a verification code, enter it in the app, and tap Next.

Create New Password:

• Follow the password requirements to create a new password, then tap Sign-In to complete the process.
