You will receive a QR code from your WOC nurse. Please click here for step-by-step instructions to sign up.
What if I didn’t receive a text message invitation?
If you did not receive a text message inviting you to download Secure Start℠ after registration, try to Reset Password from the Login Help? link from the Login screen and enter your email or mobile phone number and tap Reset Password.

What if I do not want to use my smartphone, can I log into Secure Start℠ from my computer?
No, we do not have a web portal to log into Secure Start℠ from your computer.
Can I use CareConvoy on my tablet?

Make sure you are logged into the App Store or Google Play on your iPad/tablet and search for SecureStart℠.

Download SecureStart℠ to your iPad or tablet.

Sign in using either your email or mobile phone number.
How can I reset my password?
From the mobile phone app, tap LOGIN, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your SecureStart℠ account and tap RESET PASSWORD.
I tried resetting my password and received a message telling me there is no associated SecureStart℠ account.
Your account may be under a different email address or mobile phone number. Try resetting your password again using another email address or mobile phone number that may be associated with your app account. If you're still having issues, please email support@us.securestart.app
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account and all information associated with your account. From the home screen, tap “My Profile” on the bottom navigation bar, then tap the gear icon in the top right corner. Tap Delete Account and confirm by tapping DELETE.
