You will be taken to a page to verify your phone number that was provided to the clinic. Ensure that your phone number is correct.
Enter the VERIFICATION CODE sent to your phone and tap VERIFY.

You're all set! Enjoy taking control of your health as the app guides you through your clinical study!

Why should I allow the InsightPro™ clinical trial app to send me push notifications?
Push notifications sent to your mobile device or iPad/tablet from the InsightPro™ clinical trial app will remind you to complete tasks, update you on your progress within the clinical trial, and alert you to new messages received from either the Study Clinic Team or your Medtronic Representative.  If you do not allow push notifications, you will not receive these messages to keep you on track during your clinical trial.

I tried resetting my password and received a message telling me there is no associated InsightPro™ clinical trial app account.
Your account may be under a different email address or mobile phone number. Try resetting your password again using another email address or mobile phone number that may be associated with your app account. If you're still having issues, please email support@insightpro.app
How can I reset my password?
From the mobile phone app, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your InsightPro™ clinical trial app account and tap Forgot password? Follow the instructions sent to your email.

OR

Select Reset Password.  Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your InsightPro™ clinical trial app account and follow the instructions sent in your email.
Can I use the InsightPro™ clinical trial app on my tablet?
Absolutely! Some helpful hints—
  1. Follow the instructions above for using a tablet or click here for iOS device instructions.
  2. Make sure you are logged into the App Store or Google Play on your iPad/tablet and search for InsightPro™ clinical trial app.
  3. Download InsightPro™ clinical trial app to your iPad or tablet.
  4. Sign in using either your email or mobile phone number.
What if I do not want to use my smartphone, can I log into the InsightPro™ clinical trial app from my computer?
No, we do not have a web portal for patients to log into InsightPro™ clinical trial app from your computer.
How do I sign up for the InsightPro™ clinical trial app?
You will receive an invitation to the InsightPro clinical trial app via email after a staff member at your clinic creates your profile. ​
